Riverside Montessori Academy (RIVMA) is a family-owned and operated school that has been a part of the Riverside community since 1982.

At RIVMA, we offer a diverse range of programs designed to nurture every aspect of your child's development. Our WASC-accredited Montessori curriculum provides a strong academic foundation while fostering creativity and critical thinking. With a focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), our programs are enriched by hands-on learning experiences that inspire innovation. Our Montessori approach ensures individualized learning, allowing each child to progress at their own pace while developing independence and a lifelong love of learning.

Beyond academics, we offer a variety of enrichment activities, including art, music, piano lessons, dance, karate, and field trips, all within a nurturing environment led by experienced educators who are dedicated to your child's growth and success.

RIVMA has been a staple in the Riverside community for the past 42 years. Both of our campuses are licensed and accredited, and adhere to the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, teaching, and childcare. We take great pride in having provided thousands of children and families with an excellent Montessori education through our Preschool and Private Elementary Programs.

We are deeply committed to the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of our students and understand the many complexities that surround these goals during this time. Through our Preschool - 4th grade on-campus program, our team is committed to creating a robust, equitable learning experience for all of our RIVMA students.
