Enrollment Process: The Fall/Spring School year extends from August through July and the full spectrum of Montessori activities and educational programs are available for the summer months. Given that an opening exists, your child may be enrolled at RIVMA at any time during the year, as each child progresses at his/her own rate.
Enrollment is a simple 4 step process:

2. Campus Tour The tour is a wonderful opportunity to see the school, observe children learning while in session in our beautiful Montessori environment. This time is meant to answer your questions and present the classroom to you. If you have not received an application beforehand, you will receive one during the tour and review our school’s different class options and schedules.
3. Enrollment Application and Registration Fee During your tour the school director will present you a hard copy of the enrollment application during your tour, an electronic version of it accompanied by the payment link will be emailed to you after your tour. Submit the $150 registration fee and complete the application and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org. *Enrollment confirmation is received when the registration fee of $150 is paid and a student application form is turned into the office. The enrollment fee is non refundable unless, the student is placed on a waiting list exceeding a year.
4. Registration Packet Once the registration fee and enrollment application has been received you will be contacted to pick up a registration packet. The registration packet must be returned 3-4 days prior to your child's anticipated start date to allow time for review and processing.
