Enrollment and Tuition Schedule
The Fall/Spring School year extends from September through June and the full spectrum of Montessori activities and educational program is available for the summer months. Given that an opening exists, your child may be enrolled at RMA at any time during the year, as each child progresses at his/her own rate. Upon enrollment, the child’s areas of knowledge will be assessed and an individualized reading/math program will be constructed for each child.
 
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Tuition must be paid for the month even if the child is absent due to sickness, family vacation, inclement weather, etc. A late charge of $20.00 must be added if tuition is paid after the 5th of the month. The monthly tuition is not prorated due to school closings in observance of holidays. If a student withdraws before the end of the school year, the tuition must be paid for the months that he/she attends. Please allow a one month notice to the director in case a child is withdrawing from the program. No records will be transferred if there is a balance due on the student’s account.
 
A 5% discount is available on tuition only if paid in full by August 1st or at the time of enrollment after August 1st. A 10% cred is allowed on the second child from multiple-child families.
 
Registration Fees
The annual registration fee is $150.00. The fee must accompany an updated registration form. The school year is 33 weeks, not including Winter, Spring, and Summer vacation. Credit for the holidays was taken into consideration when the total annual costs were calculated and the annual tuition set. The registration fee, or any portion, is non-refundable once it has been paid even if the student withdraws before the beginning of the school year.
 
Material Fee
In lieu of an individualized supply list for each child, a material fee of $120 is due with the October Tuition for equipment, materials, and books.
Days/Hours of Operation

 

RMA offers full and part-time Montessori educational programs and day care for children. Days and hours of operation on regular school days are:

7:00 am to 6:00 pm 

 

Parents picking up children after 6:00 pm will be charged $8.00 for the first 15 minutes and $14.00 for each additional 15 minutes of fraction thereof.
